By accessing or using the TsSIM network, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our infrastructure is designed for anonymity, but compliance with these protocols is mandatory.
01. Service Description
TsSIM provides telecommunication services via eSIM technology focused on privacy and data minimization. We provide connectivity without requiring Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, utilizing international roaming agreements to mask user origin.
02. Acceptable Use Policy
While we prioritize privacy, TsSIM maintains a zero-tolerance policy for malicious activities. You agree NOT to use the service for:
- › Illegal activities as defined by international law.
- › Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
- › Interfering with the integrity of telecommunication networks.
03. Payments & Crypto Protocol
All payments made via Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) are final. Due to the anonymous nature of the blockchain and our non-KYC policy, we cannot process refunds for crypto transactions once the eSIM QR code has been generated and displayed. Verify device compatibility before purchase.
04. Privacy & Data Retention
We collect the absolute minimum data required to route your connection. We do not store:
- × Real Names or Physical Addresses
- × Credit Card Numbers (processed by third-party mixers)
- × Browsing History or DNS Queries
05. Termination
TsSIM reserves the right to terminate access to any eSIM profile immediately and without notice if we detect usage patterns consistent with botnets, fraud, or network abuse.
