PRIVACY POLICY
We operate on a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture. What we don't collect, we cannot lose, sell, or be forced to disclose.
01. Data Minimization
TsSIM is engineered to function with the absolute minimum amount of data. We do not require, collect, or store personal identifiers such as your name, physical address, or passport photos.
STATUS: NO PII (Personally Identifiable Information) STORED ON SERVERS.
02. Logs Policy
We maintain a strict No-Logs Policy regarding your usage of the network. We do not track:
- × Sites you visit (DNS Queries).
- × Content of your communications.
- × Your originating IP address.
- × Connection timestamps.
03. Payment Anonymity
When paying via Cryptocurrency, transactions are processed via decentralized gateways. We do not link your wallet address to your eSIM profile ID (ICCID).
For Credit Card transactions, payment data is handled solely by third-party processors. TsSIM never sees or stores your full card details.
04. Technical Data
To provide connectivity, our system must momentarily process the following technical data, which is purged cyclically:
- › ICCID (To identify the eSIM validty).
- › Total Data Consumed (To enforce data caps).
05. Third-Party Roaming
While we mask your identity, when you connect to a local carrier tower (e.g., Vodafone, AT&T), that carrier can see that a device with your IMEI is connected to their tower. This is a fundamental limitation of cellular technology. However, they cannot identify "Who" you are, only that a TsSIM subscriber is connected.
